The noble train “Palace on Wheels” originally served as a means of transport for the rulers of Rajasthan. Today the “Palace on Wheels” starts again for tourists who want to get to know India in a comfortable and luxurious way. The journey begins in Delhi. From there, the luxury train transports you on a luxury level through the cities, steppes and along the desert villages of Rajasthan. For seven days, top chefs and butlers take care of the traveler who is allowed to feel like an Indian nobleman.

The first stop of the Palace on Wheels will be in Jaipur, one of the well-planned cities in the world at that time. This capital of Rajasthan, also called the Pink City, was founded by the Sawai Jai Singh II Maharaja in 1727 A.D.

Cancellation Rules-Palace on Wheels:
- No Cancellation Charges If the cancellation is made 100 days prior to train departure
- If the cancellation is made between 99 to 93 days prior to train departure, 10% of retention charges of ticket Value
- If the cancellation is made between 92 days prior to train departure, 20% of retention charges of ticket Value
- If the cancellation is made between 91-60 days prior to train departure, 50% of retention charges of ticket Value
- If the cancellation is made between 59 days prior to train departure, 100% of retention charges of ticket Value
- If traveler will be postponed for future dates Minimum US$150 per person will be charged & subject to approval by Government Authority
- In case of train cancelled by Train Tour Operato due to some technical reason, lack of passengers- full advance payment will refunded (Tour operaor will be not liable for compensate for any additional financial loss like cancellation of air tickets, Hotel booking, etc.
- If guest will be NO SHOW – No refund will made
- No refund will be made to passenger if Train tour Manager is forced to cancel some sightseeing tours or activities on short notice
