Highlights of Tour
Your dream Journey will start from Chatrapati Shivaji Station Mumbai. Reach at 1530 Hrs a Check-in & all paper work formalities completed and board on train. Train will depart from Mumbai railway station at 1630 Hrs for Vadodra. A welcome drink and dinner on board train.
Breakfast will be served in train. We will explore our first destination of this journey vadodra, visit the city of Champaner – Pavagad – the only Islamic city of the pre-Agol period of India – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A visit to a mosque combining Hindu and Islamic Islamic architectural styles. Return aboard the Deccan Odyssey train for lunch. Post lunch we will visit the Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum and Laxmi vilas palace where you will enjoy hi-tea along enjoy local folk dance in the region. Return to your train and hot dinner on board.
Palitana located in the state of Gujarat India it is a very popular pilgrim spot for Jainism. After Early breakfast and visit to the Jain temples located on the top of the hill. After visit holy city back to your train for hot lunch aboard the Deccan Odyssey. Free time for relax and walk around city. Dinner will be served on board train and overnight stay in train
Early morning train will reach at Sasan Gir & Breakfast on board train. Get off the train and head to Sasan Gir (Gir Forest National Park & wildlife Sanctuary), gir is only national park where you will find lions, Enjoy Jungle Safari accompanying by naturalist. Before return to hotel enjoy lunch along with tribal dance performance by local artist at the Hotel Taj Gateway. Return to Deccan Odyssey. Dinner will provide on board train
Breakfast on board. Leave the train and head to Little Ren Kuch. Enjoy a salt desert safari. Lunch at the wildlife home (Rann Riders Safari Resort). A subsequent village safari with the opportunity to get to know the locals people life and interact with them . Return to your luxury train and train will leave for next destination Patan Dinner on board.
Breakfast on board. Leave the train and head to Modhera. Here you will visit the ancient Temple of the Sun. A trip to the ancient stepped well Rani ki Vav and subsequent exploration of the facility A shopping trip to Patola, famous for its sarees. These sarees are handmade, recognized even by the royal family. Return to Deccan Odyssey for lunch. Rest of the day is free for massage, spa and relax in train Dinner on board.
Breakfast on board. Free morning Lunch on board. A trip to the Indian vineyards. An exclusive tour of the plantation where grapes are grown for wineries. Return to Deccan Odyssey for dinner

- These prices are per cabin per trip
- 5 % Government Service Tax will be charged additonally on publised Fare
- This train runs on Indian railways track, Tour programme are subject to modified incase of any changes in itineary or route
- Children below 5 years of age will be allowed free, childern will share beds with Parents. ( Subject to Availablity at the time of booking.
- Prices may change in case of a change of route or other independent factors, such as fuel, taxes, etc.
- Children's rates apply to children aged 6 to 12 years
- The presidential suite can accommodate up to 3 people, or 2 adults and 2 children (Applicable for children under 12 years old)
Child Policy
- Deccan Odyssey allow children but we ask parents to be mindful of the sophisticated adult atmosphere we endeavor to maintain.
- One child up to the Age of 05 Years will be permited to stay with their Parents cabin without any extra cost ( Subject to Availibity at the time of booking)
- if Families traveling with Two Child age between 06-12 Years or One child below the 05 years and another 06-12 years we shall advise you to take the Presidential Suite.
- If Familes travelling with two childern age between 06-12 years then you have to take 02 cabins. The first child will pay 25% of the adult fare and the second child will pay 50% of the adult fare. One of the family member (adullt) will have to be present with the child / children in the cabin.
- All applicable taxes will be charged extra as Government of India Rules
Booking Policy
- 40 % of ticket value at time of booking
- 60% of the ticket value is to be paid 90 days before train departure
Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellation Charges If the cancellation is made 100 days prior to train departure
- If the cancellation is made between 99 to 80 days prior to train departure, 40% of retention charges of ticket Value
- If the cancellation is made between 79 to 59 days prior to train departure, 50% of retention charges of ticket Value
- If the cancellation is made between 60 days prior to train departure, 100% of retention charges of ticket Value
