DAY 1: Delhi – Haridwar – Rishikesh

In the early morning, you will transfer to the railway station for your train to Haridwar. Upon arrival, visit Har-Ki-Pauri, the most important ghat (bathing steps), Haridwar temples, and Ashram. We will continue to Rishikesh (30kms, approximately 1 hour), the “yoga capital of the world”. The famous spiritual city of Rishikesh is located on the banks of the Ganges River, surrounded by Shivalik of the Himalayas on three sides.

DAY 2: Rishikesh

Early in the morning enjoy Yoga and meditation class at the Hotel. Breakfast and Free day to participate in activities. In the afternoon visit the Ashrams in Rishikesh and contemplate the ceremony ‘Aarti’ (prayer) at sunset in the ghats of the Ganges River.

DAY 3: Rishikesh

Early in the morning enjoy Yoga and meditation class at the Hotel. Breakfast. Free day to participate in activities. In the afternoon enjoy Yoga and meditation class at the Hotel.

DAY 04: Rishikesh – Haridwar – Delhi

In the morning departure by road to Haridwar and transfer to the train station to board the train for Delhi.

DAY 05: Delhi (Departure)

Breakfast at the hotel (Room available till 1200 hours), at a convenient time transfer to the international airport for your return flight
